Narrow circle at Poznańska Street

We asked Piotr Litoborski (Litoborski and Partners), one of the authors of the project, for a few words about our new development:

In the very heart of Jeżyce, at the intersection of Poznańska and Wąska streets, a ‘modern tenement’ is being built. We make use of the historical context of the location and realise a harmonious complement to the existing urban landscape. The design is timeless thanks to the interweaving of the historic and the modern: the building’s flowing ridge line gently connects the different heights of the neighbouring townhouses and the façade colours allude to the rich décor of the surrounding buildings.

The key to this project is harmony – the detail in the form of dynamic bay windows and loggias, which, inspired by the shape of the plot, perfectly punctuate the corner at the junction of Wąska and Poznańska Streets and, together with the roof slopes, build up a dominant feature despite the small scale of the entire composition.”
