Flats
The building will house 40 flats for rent. Their residents will be able to enjoy beautiful, functional interiors, each with elements from the modernism period.
Bookowski & Kafka
In the spring of 2025, literature will once again return to the Dom Książki after a long break. All thanks to a space that will be located on the ground floor of the building. We will create it together with booksellers and booksellers you know from Poznan’s Bookowski independent bookshops.
Local community
Dom Książki will also provide space for charitable organisations and NGOs. Under the wings of the Book House Foundation, cultural and artistic events will be held here, supporting self-development and promoting books, film and art.
We believe that the Dom Książki will be more than a building on Gwarna Street. The Dom Książki will be a home for people.
Location
Our building on Gwarna Street closes the viewing axis of 27 December Street. We are a proud neighbour of Okrąglak – an icon of modernism in Poznań.
